Zhejiang onepaper Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in 2010, is located in Wanquan Town, Pingyang County, covering an area of 13000 ㎡. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating product R & D, production and sales. onepaper's main products include pH series full-automatic page towel paper box entering and sealing machine, OPR series high-speed full-automatic soft extraction towel paper packaging machine, OPZ series full-automatic soft shaft towel paper medium packaging machine, OPJ series automatic roll toilet paper packaging machine, OPD series automatic portable large pocket tissue collection packaging machine, OPW series automatic sanitary napkin (PAD) packaging machine, OPK series automatic diaper packaging machine, non-standard production line, etc. all belong to independent development and innovation. Some products have filled the domestic gap. The products have been sold to the United States, the United Kingdom, Greece, the Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, Russia, Australia, Colombia, Brazil, Egypt, Morocco, Ethiopia, Sudan, Algeria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain Iraq, Palestine, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and other more than 30 countries and regions. ● After-Sales Service
1. Service commitment: think what customers think and be anxious about what customers are anxious about; The customer's business is my business, and the customer's problem is my problem.
2. Warranty commitment: the product shall be guaranteed for one year from the date of commissioning.
3. Commissioning service: after the products arrive at the customer's site, we will send technicians to be responsible for and cooperate with the customer's installation and commissioning, and train the customer's operation and maintenance personnel. Only after being accepted and signed by the customer can he leave the customer's unit.
4. Training service: if the customer proposes to send personnel to our company for training, we will arrange comprehensive technical personnel to train them, and let the trained personnel pass our assessment and award certificates. The training period is generally one week, and we are responsible for the accommodation arrangement during the training period.
5. Maintenance service: during the warranty period, if the customer has problems in using the product and cannot be solved with our remote support, we will send technicians to the site to deal with the problems within 72 hours after receiving the customer's notice. If it is not for the customer's operation, we will be free of charge.
6. Lifelong service: upon the expiration of the warranty period, we will provide lifelong service for all contract abiding customers and timely provide customers with complete spare parts, spare parts and technical services at the most favorable price.
7. Archives Service: after the execution of the contract, we will establish archives for customers, including sales contract, technical parameters, production task list, commissioning report, acceptance form, relevant technical drawings, etc.
